- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, referrals, and outbound sales.
- Research potential clients and target markets for software development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project estimations and successful project handovers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
