About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for children and adolescents with communication, language, speech, social communication, and feeding difficulties associated with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric conditions.
The therapist will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, special educators, occupational therapists, and families to support optimal developmental, educational, and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
- Provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, social communication, fluency, voice, and feeding difficulties.
- Support development of receptive and expressive language skills.
- Work with children requiring augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies when appropriate.
- Facilitate social communication and pragmatic language interventions for children with autism and related conditions.
- Provide parent training and home-program recommendations.
- Monitor progress and modify intervention plans based on treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, and progress notes.
- Contribute to awareness programs, workshops, and developmental screening initiatives.
Qualifications (Essential)
- Bachelor's Degree (BASLP) or Master's Degree (MASLP) in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of child development, speech and language disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and developmental delays.
- Experience in clinical, hospital, rehabilitation, early intervention, or child development settings.
- Familiarity with AAC systems and social communication interventions.
