Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Inbox Management: Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Communication Liaison: Screening calls, managing correspondence, and acting as the primary point of contact for the director.
- Document Preparation: Drafting emails, reports, memos, and presentations.
- Travel & Expenses: Arranging complex travel itineraries and managing expense reports.
- Project Support: Assisting with special projects, researching information, and tracking deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Managing sensitive information with extreme discretion.
