Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience (for experienced roles)
- Freshers can apply for selected processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer handling skills and problem-solving ability
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and quality standards
- Update customer information and records accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Work Mode: Work From Office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
