Job Summary:
Iron Asylum is looking for a Customer Service Executive / Customer Support Officer to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience across multiple channels including calls, email, WhatsApp.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce operations who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
- Resolve customer complaints related to orders, delivery, product queries, and refunds
- Ensure quick response time and effective resolution (TAT)
- Maintain records in CRM/ticketing tools
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure closure and satisfaction
- Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders
- Identify patterns in customer complaints and suggest improvements
Must-Have Skills (Indeed Keywords Optimized)

- CRM Tools / Helpdesk / Freshdesk / Zoho
- Excellent English and Hindi communication (Kannada is a plus)

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–1 years experience in customer support / BPO / e-commerce
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Comfortable working in a startup / high-growth environment
