Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Studio Designer / Design Head to lead our commercial design studio. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete design lifecycle, manage design teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of commercial interior projects.
- Develop design concepts and client presentations.
- Manage and mentor the design team.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee working drawings, BOQs, material selection, and design documentation.
- Ensure design quality throughout project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and team performance.
- Conduct design reviews and maintain documentation standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial interior design.
- Proven experience leading design teams.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization and design software.
- Knowledge of project management, budgeting, cost control, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of building codes, MEP coordination, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
