Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and attendance data.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment and general HR.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
