Business Development Executive (BDE) – NAQD Consulting Pvt Ltd
Location: first 3 to 4 months Malappuram, Kerala , After -Hilite Business Park Calicut | Team Size: 20+ | Experience: Freshers welcome!
NAQD Consulting Pvt Ltd is a leading financial consulting firm based in Malappuram, Kerala. Our team includes experienced CAs,CMAs and MBAs, and we help clients across Kerala with their financial accounting and compliance needs, focusing on lasting relationships and practical solutions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support business development and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and grow company revenue.
- Help manage teams and coordinate with various departments for smooth service delivery.
- Assist with system implementation projects for both the company and clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Learn to identify and pursue new business opportunities (audit, tax, compliance).
- Monitor market trends and gather client feedback.
- Work with leadership on growth strategies.
- Represent NAQD Consulting at events and seminars.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates and newcomers encouraged to apply—no experience or deep tax/accounting knowledge required.
- A fresh outlook and willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication, teamwork, and readiness to take responsibility.
- Awareness of business, finance, or technology is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Office-Currently based in Malappuram- planning to relocate to Calicut
- Team includes CAs,CMAs, MBAs, and junior staff (20+).
- Full-time position.
