- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within Linux environments.
- Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and resource management on Linux platforms.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Understanding of networking concepts and their application in Linux-based systems.
