Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Career Advisor / Sales Associate who can connect with candidates, understand their career goals, and effectively pitch the value of our platform. If you possess exceptional English communication skills and a strong ability to close deals, you will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Engagement: Interact with candidates across the US market, guiding them through our job platform and services.
- Sales & Upselling: Pitch, negotiate, and upsell premium career services and platform features to prospective candidates.
- Domain Alignment: Understand candidate profiles within the IT, Medical, and Manufacturing sectors to recommend tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with candidates to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed target-driven goals aligned with company growth.
Requirements
- Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory for communicating with US-based candidates.
- Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Proven track record in persuasion, handling objections, and closing sales/upsells.
- Night Shift Flexibility: Ability to work fixed US night shifts consistently.
- Domain Familiarity (Plus Point): Prior knowledge or a quick learning curve regarding the US IT, Medical, or Manufacturing job markets is highly preferred.
