Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MT Ice Cream Manager to expand Rich Dad Premium Ice Cream presence across NMT, RMT, and Standalone Supermarkets in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, team handling, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand Modern Trade business across Kerala.
- Ensure product listing and availability in NMT, RMT, and supermarket chains.
- Handle margin negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Manage credit follow-ups and collections.
- Build and lead the Modern Trade sales team.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG/Dairy/Ice Cream industry.
- Strong knowledge of Kerala retail market.
- Good negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
