International Voice Process Executive
Byteflow Infotech is hiring candidates for an International Voice Process role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records and call details in the system.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
