Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand our inflight advertising (online & offline) and media business. The role involves driving revenue growth through innovative advertising and branding solutions such as boarding pass advertising, product sampling, corporate gifting, branding collaterals, online promotions, and other inflight media opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong business development capabilities, industry connections, and experience in media sales, advertising, or brand partnerships. The role will involve close collaboration with National Sales Heads to develop strategic alliances and maximize business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive sales and business development for inflight advertising solutions
● Generate revenue through:
- Boarding pass advertising
- Product sampling campaigns
- Corporate gifting and branded bags
- Online and digital branding opportunities
- Inflight promotional activities and media solutions
● Identify and acquire new clients, advertising agencies, and brand partners (Pan India)
● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies
● Develop customized branding and promotional solutions based on client requirements
● Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations for prospective clients
● Coordinate with operations and creative teams for seamless campaign execution
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
● Explore new market opportunities and innovative branding concepts
● Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
● Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
● Provide regular business updates and sales reports to National Sales Heads
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Advertising, or related field
● 5–8 years of experience in media sales, advertising, branding, inflight media, or business development
● Strong understanding of advertising and promotional solutions
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Strong network with brands, agencies, and corporate clients preferred
● Ability to work independently and manage high-value client relationships
● Target-oriented with strong strategic and business acumen
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
