Position Title: Faculty – Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable, passionate, and result-oriented finance professional to join our academic team as a CFA Faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality instruction across the CFA curriculum (Level 1 and/or Level 2).
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Classroom Instruction & Training Delivery
- Deliver live lectures (classroom or virtual)
- Simplify technical, high-weightage topics such as Financial Statement Analysis (FSA), Fixed Income, Quantitative Methods, Corporate Issuers, and Derivatives.
- Incorporate practical, real-world examples (e.g., live stock market data, corporate financial statements) to make theoretical investment concepts tangible.
2. Student Mentorship & Doubt Resolution
- Conduct dedicated 1:1 and group doubt-clearing sessions to address challenging student queries.
- Monitor student progress, analyze performance patterns in mock tests, and provide actionable exam-taking strategies.
- Motivate and guide students through the grueling study hours required for the CFA program.
3. Academic Content Review & Mock Support
- Review, update, and audit internal training materials, pocket notes, formula summaries, and PPT slides to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in evaluating student performance on Computer-Based Testing (CBT) styled mock exams.
- Stay up-to-date with yearly curriculum updates or weightage changes announced by the CFA Institute.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Credentials: Must have successfully cleared CFA Level 2 or Level 3 (Active CFA Charter holders will be highly preferred). A master's degree in Finance, MBA (Finance), CA, or FRM is a major plus.
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years of teaching or training experience in professional finance/accounting certifications (CFA, FRM, CA, or ACCA).
- Alternative: Working investment professionals (Equity Research, Portfolio Management, Investment Banking) with a strong passion for teaching and tutoring will also be considered.
- Domain Expertise: Exceptional command over core financial accounting, corporate finance theory, asset valuation, and ethical standards.
