Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Improve website traffic and online visibility through SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Generate leads and increase customer engagement through digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, offers, and product launches.
- Analyze competitors' digital marketing activities and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and website performance tracking.
- Experience in creating social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, organic products, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in lead generation and online sales promotion will be beneficial.
