We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media & E-commerce Manager to manage our online presence and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, Meta Business tools, and leading e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Handle Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Business Manager.
- Create and execute social media content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory across marketplaces.
- Handle order processing, customer queries, returns, and seller account health.
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve visibility and sales.
- Run promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and recommend growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management and e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Meesho, and JioMart.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO, catalog management, and online advertising.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet business goals.
Compensation
