Role: Incharge (Tool Room)
positions Responsibilities
*Leading a team of 3-4 operators & machinists in tool room
*Designing, manufacturing & maintaining dies and tools as per production requirements *Ensuring tool & die availability at all times
*Reducing tool set up and change over time on machinery (mechanical & hydraulic presses) *Ensure zero machine downtime due to tooling unavailability
*Maintaining tooling records (Tool Life Monitoring) as per IATF 16949 guidelines
Skills
*Ability to make sketches & read drawings of machine parts and tools
*Proficiency on lathe, shaper, drill, milling & bandsaw machines
*Proficiency on making Dies & Tools for Power Presses & Hydraulic Presses
Qualification: ITI / DME (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical)
Experience 5 to 8 years’ experience in making and maintaining dies and tools for press
Compensation CTC : Rs. 40 - 45,000 / month based on experience, competence and fit. Other benefits: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Paid Leaves – All, as per company policy and govt rules.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
