About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The candidate will work on real-time web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and product managers.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
- Ensure application security and data protection best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design.
- Basic understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working on academic, freelance, or personal MERN projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD is an added advantage.
