The Restaurant Captain is responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering excellent guest service. This role acts as a link between the service team and management while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide waiters and stewards during service
- Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served promptly
- Take orders and assist in service during busy hours
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service timing
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow
- Train new staff on service standards and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
- Prepare duty rosters and manage team shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
