IMMEDIATE JOINERS AND FRESHERS WITH BASIC WELD ROBOTICS KNOWLEDGE CAN ALSO APPLY
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, program, and troubleshoot robotic welding systems.
- Perform robot teaching and touch-up programs.
- Set welding parameters and ensure weld quality standards.
- Monitor robot performance and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Analyze welding defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of robotic welding systems (FANUC, ABB, Panasonic, Yaskawa, KUKA, etc.).
- Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Basic understanding of welding fixtures and jigs.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
