Job Purpose:
Responsible to support the admissions team and be the students touch point starting form application enquiry till offer letter stage.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
- Achieve and exceed assigned enrollment targets for each intake and region.
- Consistently drive high in-class enrollment across all UG Management programs.
- Guide and counsel prospective students, providing clear information on admission processes, program details, and career opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, junior colleges, college heads, education agents, counselors, and coaching institutes, highlighting the benefits of UG programs.
- Represent at career fairs and UG-focused events, effectively communicating program offerings to potential students.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and future plans to raise awareness of the school and its programs.
- Conduct presentations at schools, colleges, and roadshows within designated regions to engage prospects.
- Maintain strong partnerships with school counselors, monitoring and supporting their performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize events such as roadshows, sponsorships, and summer programs in the assigned region.
- Plan and conduct pre-departure sessions for admitted students.
- Engage alumni in info sessions and roadshows to share real-life experiences, enhancing student insights and engagement.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
· Postgraduate.
· 5 - 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Skills and Competencies:
· Strong networking and sales capabilities with a track record of delivering results.
· Experience in sales within the service sector or multi-course educational institutions.
· Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills to ensure successful student admissions.
· Good understanding of the Indian education market and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to large audiences.
· Positive, professional with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
