Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewelry pieces based on style, occasion, and budget. Daily responsibilities include showcasing products, explaining features and pricing, and supporting customers through the selection and purchase process. The role also involves maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is clean and organized, and handling basic billing and payment processes. The Salesperson will support stock checks, coordinate with the inventory team for product availability, and contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets while providing courteous and professional service.Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, build rapport, and respond to diverse customer needs.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including product upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales in a retail or showroom environment.
- Basic numerical and billing skills, with comfort using point-of-sale systems or billing software for invoices and payments.
- Attention to detail, particularly in handling jewelry, maintaining displays, and ensuring product accuracy and security.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Hyderabad.
- Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or retail sales is preferred but not strictly required; willingness to learn product details is essential.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including weekends and peak seasons, as per showroom requirements.
- Minimum high school education; additional training or certification in sales, retail, or customer relations is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
