Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Make 50–70 outbound calls daily.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Assist customers with course registration and onboarding.
- Handle WhatsApp and email support.
- Resolve issues related to course access, app downloads, and joining links.
- Maintain Google Sheets, tracking reports, and EOD reports.
- Verify links and recordings, track payments, and coordinate onboarding activities.

- BPO / Customer Support / Telecalling
- Hospitality Industry
- Insurance Industry
- Sales & Marketing Experience
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- AI-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Good customer handling skills.
Interview Process:
1st Round – Virtual
2nd Round – Face-to-Face
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(One Sunday working per month, compensated with a weekly off)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
