Job Summary
The Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing and corporate support functions. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding skilled professionals, engineers, supervisors, operators, technicians, and support staff to meet the organization's manpower requirements within defined timelines. The recruiter will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality, compliance, and an excellent candidate experience. Manufacturing recruiters commonly handle end-to-end hiring, stakeholder coordination, sourcing through multiple channels, and recruitment reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all Non-IT positions.
- Handle hiring for:
- Production
- Cold Forging
- Thread Rolling
- Tool Room
- Quality Assurance
- Maintenance
- Stores & Logistics
- Purchase
- Production Planning (PPC)
- Sales & Marketing
- Finance
- HR & Administration
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare Job Descriptions and recruitment plans.
- Publish job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through:
- Naukri
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- Employee Referrals
- Recruitment Consultants
- Campus Hiring
- Job Fairs
- Internal Database
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule technical and final interviews.
- Conduct reference verification where applicable.
- Negotiate salary within approved salary structures.
- Roll out offer letters and follow up until joining.
Blue-Collar Hiring
- Handle bulk hiring of:
- Operators
- CNC Operators
- Forging Operators
- Machine Operators
- Helpers
- Technicians
- Electricians
- Fitters
- Quality Inspectors
- Conduct walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with manpower contractors and local sourcing agencies.
- Visit ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Skill Development Centres, and Industrial Training Institutes for recruitment.
Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation.
- Verify educational and employment documents.
- Complete joining formalities.
- Coordinate induction programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and department handover.
Recruitment MIS & Reports
- Maintain recruitment tracker.
- Update recruitment dashboards.
- Monitor:

- Offer Acceptance Ratio
- Joining Ratio
- Source Effectiveness
- Recruitment Cost
- Present weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.
Employer Branding
- Build relationships with colleges and technical institutes.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment.
- Promote employee referral programs.
- Enhance employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.
Compliance
- Ensure recruitment complies with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain confidential recruitment records.
- Support internal and external audits related to recruitment documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
