Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred in Management, Education).
- 1–3 years of experience in an educational or training institute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the branch.
- Ensure smooth execution of academic schedules, classes, and training sessions.
- Supervise administrative staff, trainers, and counselors.
- Maintain records of students, attendance, and faculty schedules.
- Oversee infrastructure, cleanliness, and maintenance of the branch.
2. Sales & Admissions
- Support the counseling team in converting student inquiries into admissions.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities (seminars, college visits, career fairs).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly admission reports.
3. Team Management
- Train and guide the counseling and academic staff.
- Motivate team members to meet performance goals.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team for updates and planning.
