Job Description – Social Media Executive / Ads Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports.
Paid Advertising
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and campaign targeting.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and generate performance reports.
Content & Marketing
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and advertising trends.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
