Job Summary
The Robotics Sr. Trainee is responsible for assisting in advanced robotics training, supporting robotics project development, mentoring junior trainees and students, and contributing to STEM-based educational activities. The role involves practical implementation of robotics, electronics, automation, coding, and innovation projects within the institution.
Key Responsibilities Robotics Training & Mentoring
- Assist in conducting robotics and STEM training sessions for students.
- Guide junior trainees and students in robotics projects and practical activities.
- Support trainers in organizing workshops, competitions, and exhibitions.
- Demonstrate robotics concepts, programming, and automation techniques.
Project Development
- Assist in designing, assembling, and testing robotics projects.
- Work on sensors, motors, controllers, and embedded systems.
- Support development of automation and IoT-based projects.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in robotics models and systems.
Programming & Technical Support
- Assist in coding and programming using Arduino, Python, Scratch, C/C++, or similar platforms.
- Support integration of hardware and software components.
- Help maintain robotics kits, lab equipment, and technical tools.
- Ensure proper functioning of robotics lab infrastructure.
Lab & Activity Management
- Monitor robotics lab activities and maintain discipline during sessions.
- Maintain inventory of robotics components and materials.
- Ensure safety procedures and proper handling of equipment.
- Coordinate technical setup for demonstrations and events.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project reports, activity records, and technical documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations and demonstration materials.
- Provide updates on project progress and student performance to management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Certification in Robotics, Embedded Systems, or IoT preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of robotics systems and electronics.
- Programming knowledge in Arduino, Python, C/C++, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience/internship in robotics, STEM, or technical projects preferred.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require participation in competitions, exhibitions, workshops, and events.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
