Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior & Facade Design Manager with strong expertise in interior design, façade systems, architectural materials, detailing, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting client requirements into practical, aesthetically superior, and execution-ready designs while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design premium residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail interiors.
- Develop complete 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, lighting layouts, elevations, sections, and BOQs.
- Possess extensive knowledge of premium interior materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, and accessories.
- Design and detail façade systems including glazing, ACP, HPL, louvers, WPC, metal cladding, decorative facades, and architectural lighting.
- Prepare material specifications, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, fabrication teams, and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution matches approved drawings.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues on-site.
- Stay updated with current trends in luxury interiors, smart homes, and façade technologies.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and design standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Interior Design Principles.
- Excellent knowledge of Interior Materials and Finishes.
- Expertise in Façade Systems and Building Exteriors.
- Working knowledge of Structural Glazing and Aluminium Systems.
- Furniture Design & Custom Joinery.
- Lighting Design & Architectural Lighting.
- Material Estimation & BOQ Preparation.
- Site Execution & Project Coordination.
- Vendor & Client Management.
- Strong technical detailing skills.

- MS Project (Preferred)
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in luxury interior and façade projects.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
