Roles and responsibilities:
1. Should manage recruitment cycle - Sourcing from Job portals, Screening , Interviewing, handle selection process.2. Prepare the Job description for the company's requirements.3. Coordinate interviews with Hiring managers.4.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.5. Negotiate salary and handle offer letters.
Skills required:
1. Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills.2.Good understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring processes3. Ability to assess candidates effectively.4. Time management and multitasking ability.5. Leadership and decision making skills.
KPI based upon:
1. Time to hire.2. Quality of hire3. Offer acceptance rate4. Candidate experience
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
