About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative, execution-focused Social Media Manager who can build brands, create conversations and drive meaningful engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands that social media is more than just posting content, it's about storytelling, community building, brand positioning and creating measurable business impact.
You'll work closely with leadership, collaborate across multiple teams, and own the end-to-end social media strategy and execution for the brand. Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or brand communications.
- Strong graphic design skills are mandatory, with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to independently create high-quality social media creatives.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms for content ideation, copywriting, image generation and creative workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and executing successful brand campaigns across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement, platform algorithms and current digital trends.
- Experience collaborating with founders, leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and storytelling skills.
- Highly creative, resourceful and street-smart, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
