Roles & Responsibilities of an F&B Executive
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, guide, and support F&B staff.
- Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory and control stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Support sales targets and help improve overall business performance.
