About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Meta Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign strategy, media buying, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization for D2C and e-commerce brands.
You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving return on ad spend (ROAS), and scaling campaigns profitably while collaborating closely with the creative, content, and e-commerce teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage campaigns for customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, and retention.
- Allocate and optimize daily advertising budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Performance Optimization
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Creative Strategy
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare creative briefs based on performance insights.
- Continuously test new ad formats, messaging, hooks, and UGC concepts.
- Drive A/B testing across creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Shopify analytics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
- Present actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Audience & Funnel Management
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
- Understand the complete customer journey and optimize every stage of the marketing funnel.
- Improve conversion rates through audience segmentation and funnel optimization.
AI & Automation
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, copy generation, audience research, reporting, and creative ideation.
- Use AI-powered insights to improve campaign performance and testing velocity.
- Stay updated with Meta's AI features and emerging performance marketing tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the E-commerce Operations team to monitor inventory and product availability.
- Work with the Creative team to ensure a consistent pipeline of fresh ad creatives.
- Collaborate with founders and marketing leadership to achieve growth targets.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of D2C and e-commerce performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of attribution models and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar analytics platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for analysis, reporting, and campaign ideation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience managing Meta Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of ₹10 lakh+ is preferred.
