WILLING TO WORK IN 9:30PM to 6:30AM SHIFT.

CANDIDATES FROM TRIVANDRUM LOCATION WILL BE CONSIDERED
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to assign and manage patient care as per established protocols
- Supervise stakeholders and clients while ensuring high service standards and achievement of business targets
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and effective issue resolution
- Handle and resolve complaints to maintain service quality and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (No backlogs)
- 4 to 7 years experience in International client handling role.
- Excellent English communication and articulation skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Prior experience in US Healthcare, Education, International Sales, or related sectors preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM) from office premises in Elippode, Thiruvananthapuram
- Immediate joiners and Trivandrum based candidates will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
