The Production In-Charge is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the manufacturing of uPVC doors and windows to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. The role involves managing production teams, optimizing machine utilization, controlling material consumption, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of uPVC fabrication processes.
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Team leadership and manpower management.
- Quality control and inspection techniques.
- Understanding of fabrication drawings and production software.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
