Job Title: Tele caller – ERP SalesJob SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to support our ERP sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to explain ERP solutions to potential clients across industries.Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or self-generated leads
- Introduce and explain the company’s ERP solutions and services
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on requirements
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messages
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or software sales
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of ERP solutions (training can be provided)
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/ERP products
- Knowledge of industries like manufacturing, retail, or services
- Multilingual communication skills
