Position Overview
Experienced liaison professional to manage government interface, approvals, and compliance for utility-scale
solar projects across Maharashtra. Must have hands-on experience with MEDA, DISCOMs, and state/central
government schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with MEDA (Mumbai HO and divisional offices) for Utility-Scale, Open Access, and PM-KUSUM
Component C projects
- Manage net metering, subsidy filing, and state government scheme implementation across Maharashtra
- Handle document collection, filing, and approval tracking for all utility projects
- Build and maintain relationships with DISCOMs and Nodal Agencies
- Coordinate with IT department for project tracking frameworks and government portal updates
- Manage MEDA assets and maintain records for internal and external audits
- Analyze state and central government policies; support pre-tendering activities
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and coordinate payment approvals
- Vendor management and support revenue generation activities
Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years in government liaison within solar/renewable energy sector
- Prior working experience with MEDA, DISCOMs, and Maharashtra state schemes
- Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical); MBA preferred
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
