Job Description: Sales Manager – Wall Panel Products

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for our carbon crystal wall panels, The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in wall panel industry and experience in managing B2B clients including dealers, distributors, Architects, Interior Designers and project customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales, digital marketing and execution team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business across Delhi NCR and other regions.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, project clients and others.
- Build strong relationships with leading architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and customer follow-up.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling, and technical discussions with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain detailed sales reports, CRM updates, and MIS documentation.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and on-field marketing activities.
Requirements :
- Graduate having qualification in business/marketing management will be preferred.
- 4-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in interior products, wall panels, plywood/boards, laminates.
- Having strong network with big dealers, distributors, leading architects, interior designers and builders.
- Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong at relationship management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
