Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to promote our products/services over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to generate interest.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Previous telemarketing/sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply).
