Job Title: Store In-Charge – Grocery Supermarket
Job Summary
The Store In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily supermarket operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store, maintaining stock availability, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, billing, and floor activities
- Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, and expiry control (FIFO/FEFO)
- Monitor inward, stock transfers, and conduct periodic stock checks
- Manage store staff, prepare duty rosters, and ensure discipline
- Support in achieving sales targets and maintaining display standards
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service quality
- Maintain store reports and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualification & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in grocery/supermarket retail
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS and inventory handling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
