We are looking for a motivated Solar Project Coordinator & Site Survey Engineer to handle site surveys, project coordination, and execution support for solar installations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project implementation from survey to installation completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys for residential and commercial solar projects
- Collect roof measurements, shadow analysis, and electrical load details
- Prepare and submit site survey reports to design/technical team
- Coordinate with customers, installation teams, and vendors
- Monitor project execution and ensure timely completion
- Support material planning and site readiness
- Resolve technical and site-related issues during installation
- Maintain project documentation and updates
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
- Knowledge of solar PV systems preferred
- Experience in site survey or project coordination (freshers with training can apply)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to travel to project sites
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / mobile reporting apps)
- Two-wheeler license preferred
Salary:
₹16,000 – ₹20000 per month (based on experience)
