We are looking to hire Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience through voice-based interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support functions.
- Meet performance and productivity expectations.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹20,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance (3000 Rs/-)
