Urgent Requirement of Front Office Manager , Hotel The Grand Nirvana Bareilly
1. Guest Service Management
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Ensure quick check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues politely.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction.
2. Staff Supervision
- Supervise front office staff, receptionists, bell desk, and concierge.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Train new employees on hotel procedures and customer service.
- Monitor staff grooming and discipline.
3. Reservation & Room Management
- Monitor room reservations and room availability.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
- Ensure proper room allocation according to guest requirements.
4. Billing & Cash Handling
- Verify guest bills and payment procedures.
- Monitor cash transactions and night audit reports.
- Ensure accurate posting of room charges and other services.
5. Coordination with Other Departments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, sales, maintenance, and food & beverage departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for guest requests.
6. Reports & Administration
- Prepare daily occupancy and revenue reports.
- Maintain guest records and registration details.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and SOPs.
7. Sales & Revenue Support
- Upsell room categories and hotel services.
- Handle VIP guests and corporate clients professionally.
- Support management in achieving revenue targets.
8. Safety & Security
- Ensure guest safety and confidentiality.
- Follow emergency and fire safety procedures.
- Monitor lobby activities and suspicious behavior.

Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality

- Reservation Staff
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
