Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that all products meet customer requirements and comply with quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality systems, analyzing data, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Validate components as per customer requirements and specifications.
2.Analyze and report quality data using statistical tools and techniques.
3.Design and develop gauges and measuring instruments.
4.Coordinate and follow up with internal departments for quality-related activities.
5.Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments as per measurement control standards.
6.Conduct vendor evaluation, vendor rating analysis, and vendor audits.
7.Plan and execute internal quality audits.
8.Define and implement measurement parameters for incoming materials.
9.Identify, analyze, and resolve CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) issues.
10.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes.
Mandatory Skills:
1.Strong knowledge of statistical tools and data analysis techniques.
2.Experience in gauge design and measurement methods.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
3.Knowledge of SAP, TQM, ISO standards.
4.Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen.
Experience in CAPA analysis.
5.Team handling and leadership experience.
6.Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Desired Skills:
1.Knowledge of statistics and data interpretation.
2.Working knowledge of SAP, TQM, and ISO systems.
3.Exposure to Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen methodologies.
