Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated SQL Developer with hands-on experience in MS SQL Server and T-SQL programming. The role involves database development, performance optimization, application support, automation, and troubleshooting to support trading and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and database objects.
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Support trading and back-office applications.
- Automate MIS reports and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot database and application issues.
- Manage database backups, restores, indexing, and SQL Agent jobs.
- Monitor database health, availability, and performance.
- Coordinate with Operations, RMS, Compliance, and IT teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and support system deployments.
- Follow database security and best practices.
Candidate ProfileEducation
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
SQL Server certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years as an SQL Developer or Database Support Executive.
- Experience with MS SQL Server is mandatory.
- Experience in Financial Services, Stock Broking, or Capital Markets will be preferred.
