Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) for road and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of BOQs.
- Quantity calculation from drawings.
- Preparation of client and subcontractor bills.
- Rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Measurement of executed work.
- Monitoring project costs and budgets.
- Preparation of DPR and tender documents.
- Coordination with site engineers and project managers.
- Documentation and record maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in road construction projects.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Experience in government projects (PWD, NHAI, PMGSY, ZP, etc.) preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
