We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary team and support children with developmental and learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct educational assessments and identify individual learning needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each child’s needs.
- Work with children with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities, Down Syndrome, and developmental delays.
- Focus on academic skills, communication, attention, cognition, and functional learning.
- Use structured, play-based, and individualized teaching strategies.
- Work on pre-academic, academic, social, and daily living skills.
- Track and document each child’s progress.
- Communicate with parents and provide guidance for home-based learning.
- Coordinate with Behaviour Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Physiotherapists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: ₹10,079.90 - ₹18,000.00 per month
