- Business Development & Sales: Drive branch-level disbursement targets, acquire new clients, and manage local marketing efforts.
- Credit & Risk Management: Evaluate loan applications, conduct primary risk assessments, and coordinate with regional credit teams.
- Collections & Recovery: Monitor the branch's Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and lead field staff to ensure timely EMI and interest collections.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to KYC norms, internal credit policies, and statutory regulations set by financial authorities.
Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹30,100.00 per month
