We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and account servicing within a fast-paced agency environment.
Client Interaction: Assist in managing day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to client queries and requests.
Project Coordination: Support the client servicing team in coordinating and executing marketing and advertising projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
Meeting Support: Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Brief Preparation: Help prepare client briefs and ensure that creative teams understand client requirements and project objectives.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback.
Market Research: Conduct research to support client projects, including competitive analysis and market trends.
Reporting: Assist in preparing performance reports and presentations for clients, showcasing the results of campaigns and projects.
Feedback Implementation: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including creative, media, and strategy teams, to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
