Key Responsibilities
- Sales Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for showroom roles, including Sales Executives, service technicians, and front-office staff. Source candidates, conduct interviews, and execute induction programs. [1, 2]
- Performance & Talent Management: Track sales targets and probation confirmations. Assist in coordinating training programs and skill development initiatives for the sales force. [1, 2]
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure workplace policies comply with labor regulations (e.g., Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act) and maintain PF, ESI, and other statutory documentation. [1]
- Payroll & Attendance Management: Monitor employee time tracking (biometric), leave records, and shift schedules. Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing. [1]
- Employee Relations & Culture: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances. Maintain discipline and foster a positive, motivating work culture across the dealership floor. [1]
