Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboard Support
○ Coordinate with the Department HODs regarding manpower requirements. fill up the Signed Requisition form to Head office Approval of Mgmt /CEO via HR Department.
○ After Approval Arrange local interviews and initial screening of candidates with the Help of Dept HOD / Mgr.
○ Responsible for conduct induction programs for new employees..
○ Ensure all necessary documents (joining forms, ID proofs, etc.) are collected and verified.
○ Explain company policies, safety guidelines, and benefits. Referring HR Manual.
2. Employee Grievances Handling
○ Responsible for Handling employee complaints or grievances (harassment, work conditions, salary, and interpersonal issues).
○ If any grievances are received at the branch levelin writing from the employee. Escalation to HR Manager (Head Office). Take immediate action If it is minor and solvable at the branch level (e.g., leave, transport, shift issues),.
3. Compliance & Government Reporting
○ Handle labor inspections, audits, and documentation for government departments
○ Check the specific rules, formats, and deadlines set by the government information bureau (e.g., press releases, regulatory filings, media accreditation requests).
4. Operational Management
○ You will be responsible for preparing and submitting the monthly attendance records to the HO of all employees under your edition.
○ Responsible for Office Discipline & resolve employees personal reasons and address issues appropriately.
○ Oversee daily administrative functions of housekeeping, office maintenance, and vendor coordination. Company vehicle maintainance.
○ implement training programs to improve skills and productivity. Plan and coordinate town hall meetings to better departmental communication.
○ Oversee security personnel and CCTV monitoring. Ensure data protection for sensitive documents. ensure timely settlement of electricity bills Maintain records of payments
○ Supervise office & Company Guest House cleanliness, building repairs, and pest control.
○ Monitor office supplies, stationary, and press consumables inventory.
○ Handle local courier, travel arrangements, and accommodation if required.
○ Responsible for managing monthly expenses like electrical bills, Liaise with municipal authorities for compliance matters such as property tax, water supply and other obligations. Ensure all statutory dues are paid on time.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
